ShubhArrt Studio & Gallery is looking for a Growth Partner who wants to build something meaningful from Assam and take it to the world.
ShubhArrt was born from a simple belief:
Art can preserve culture, create emotion, build legacy and become a serious business.
Our journey started with a small collection of artworks created with a handful of young artists. Today, we want to take the next big step.
Our ambition?
To build ShubhArrt into a premium art brand from Assam and introduce the art, stories, traditions and visual heritage of Assam to collectors in India and across the world.
And for that, we're looking for someone who doesn't "just" want a job.
We are looking for someone who wants to build.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As our Growth Partner, you will work closely with the founder to build the commercial and cultural ecosystem around ShubhArrt.
Your responsibilities will include to grow this StartUp:
- Building a strong customer & collector network
- Developing sales strategies and generating revenue
- Finding and converting high-value art collectors
- Building relationships with architects, interior designers, hotels, corporates & institutions
- Exploring exhibitions, collaborations and international opportunities
- Managing enquiries, follow-ups and sales pipelines
- Building ShubhArrt's presence across digital platforms
- Creating partnerships with artists, cultural organisations and brands
- Developing new revenue opportunities around art
- Helping position ShubhArrt as a premium, collectible art brand
- Tracking numbers, targets, conversions and growth
- Most importantly- turning ideas into execution
You will not be sitting around waiting for customers to walk into a gallery.
You will be expected to go out and create the market.

So this role will have clear KPIs, sales targets and performance-linked growth.
We are looking for someone who can eventually say:
“I didn't just work at ShubhArrt. I helped build ShubhArrt.”
The exact compensation structure will depend on experience, capability and the kind of value you can create.
ONE IMPORTANT THING
This is not a comfortable job.
There will be uncertainty.
There will be rejection.
There will be experiments that fail.
There will be days when you'll have to figure things out without a ready-made answer.
But that's also the exciting part.
Because you won't be joining a finished company.
You'll be helping build one.
