- ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Internal auditor qualified is mandatory.
- ESG Compliance throughout plant.
- Factories act 1948 and their compliance.
- Mock drill as per plan / schedule.
- Regular customer audit handling & take CAPA.
- Accident / Incidents prevention and control.
- Daily Operating of ETP / STP/RO plant check the water quality as per TNPCB Norms
- Generating Toolbox talks and implement in each zones.
- Raise purchase request for PPE’s based on the need
- Daily monitoring of shop floor 5 s activities
- PPE compliance in shop floor
- Update EH&S related documents and records
- Conduct EH&S monthly meeting and implement activities planned.
- Continual Improvement for EHS activities.
- Periodical Environmental monitoring and compliance
- Recording Unsafe act / Un safe conditions & Near miss and implementing CAPA.
- Communication of EHS activities.
- Capture all incidents and take control measures.
- Effectiveness review of actions implemented for incidents
- Hazardous waste management and safe disposal
- Updation of EMP & OHSMP as per improvement.
- Work permit system approval / monitoring
- Emergency preparedness and response
- Maintaining of first aid box.
- Safety & EHS training activities
- Review & updating of HIRA / AIA / OCP as per requirements.
- Review of Legal Requirements / updating.
- Monthly wise zone Audit
- Fire extinguisher monitoring and maintaining the service records.
- Monitoring of material handling equipment’s and maintaining the calibration records.
- Accountable for Master list of EH&S Documents & Records
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
