Key Responsibilities: Printer Services (Priority): Printer installation & configuration Troubleshooting printer hardware/software issues Toner cartridge refilling & replacement Network printer setup & maintenance Regular servicing and preventive maintenance CCTV Services: CCTV camera installation & configuration DVR/NVR setup and troubleshooting Cable laying and maintenance Network & remote viewing configuration Requirements: Experience in Printer & CCTV servicing Basic networking knowledge Good troubleshooting skills Ability to handle customer support independently
