We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, mentoring sales teams, and generating business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive property sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle client acquisition, site visits, and deal closures
- Lead and motivate the sales team for maximum performance
- Develop strong relationships with builders and channel partners
- Maintain market knowledge and competitor analysis
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record in target achievement
- Ability to manage high-value clients and team coordination
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
