Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer data and records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for bookings, documentation, and customer support.
- Schedule site visits and assist customers with project-related information.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of CRM experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹11,075.75 - ₹32,532.11 per month
