Experience in handling both inbound and outbound sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Take ownership of qualified leads from BDE and manage through the full sales cycle.

Conduct discovery calls & in-person meetings with decision-makers.

Prepare & deliver customized proposals & quotations (with support from coordinator/quotation executive).

Handle proposal follow-ups, negotiations, and deal with closures.

Drive outbound sales development:
1. Identify & target new accounts (national brands, architects, builders, exhibitions).
2. Run outreach campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email) to generate new opportunities.
3. Build and manage a pipeline beyond inbound leads.

Maintain and update sales pipeline in Zoho CRM.

Generate weekly/monthly sales reports (conversion rates, pipeline forecasts).

Build strong client relationships to drive upselling and retainer opportunities.

Handover closed deals to the Servicing/Project team with complete context.

Collaborate with the Owner on high-value or strategic deals.

Track competitor trends and recommend new service opportunities.
Education Qualification: Graduate – Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
Experience Required: 5–7 years in B2B sales / business development (branding, advertising, creative, or digital agency preferred).
