Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain property details, projects, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
