Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with 3–5 years of experience in architectural and construction drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring drawings are updated as per project and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop and modify drawings based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all project drawings and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Support project teams with technical drafting and drawing-related clarifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of drafting experience in architecture, construction, or related industries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
- Experience in preparing detailed working and execution drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
