job responsibilities:-
Assist clients with visa inquiries, explain requirements, and guide them through the application process.
- Collect, verify, and submit required documents such as passports, bank statements, and educational certificates.
- Follow up on application status, provide updates, and prepare clients for interviews.
- Collaborate with the documentation and admissions teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
