What They Do
- Draft Technical Plans: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Revise Drawings: Update blueprints based on client feedback, site changes, or engineer markups.
- Check Standards: Ensure all layouts follow industry building codes, precise dimensions, and company layer standards.
- Coordinate Teams: Work with architects, engineers, and site supervisors to clear up design conflicts before construction begins.
