Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator with strong expertise in endpoint and email security to manage the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring a secure computing environment. The role combines day-to-day IT administration with cyber security responsibilities, including endpoint protection, email security, user support, and recommending scalable security solutions as the company continues its global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
Manage endpoint security solutions, including Antivirus, EDR/XDR, and DLP.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and/or Microsoft 365 Exchange Online).
Configure and maintain advanced email security, including spam filtering, phishing protection, malware protection, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Provide remote and onsite technical support for IT infrastructure, endpoints, printers, email, and security-related issues.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
Manage user accounts, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, and access permissions.
Monitor endpoint health, investigate security alerts, and respond to malware, phishing, and endpoint incidents.
Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for IT and cyber security operational issues.
Recommend and implement scalable IT and security solutions that support business growth across multiple global locations.
Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to enhance the company's IT infrastructure and cyber security posture.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, licensing, and technical support.
Ensure systems are patched, updated, backed up, and compliant with company security standards.
Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in IT Administration and Cyber Security.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.
Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR, Antivirus, DLP).
Good understanding of advanced email security technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, email, and endpoint security.
Good understanding of phishing, ransomware, malware, and common cyber security threats.
Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, or endpoint security certifications are an advantage.
Experience working in a multi-site or globally distributed organization is preferred.
