We are looking for an experienced and responsible Captains to supervise restaurant,and daily outlet operations. The candidate should ensure smooth service, maintain discipline among staff, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Lead and guide service staff
- Ensure proper table setup and service standards
- Take orders and assist customers professionally
- Handle customer complaints and report to Manager
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely food service
- Monitor billing and POS handling
- Maintain hygiene and grooming standards of staff
