Zonal Sales Manager

Job Role:-
- Lead, manage, and mentor regional & area sales teams.
- Set and achieve zonal sales targets, revenue, and distribution growth
- Expand market presence by appointing & managing distributors and super-stockists
- Develop zonal sales strategies aligned with company vision
- Track competition, market trends, and customer demand to identify opportunities
- Monitor team performance and ensure strong execution of sales plans
- Conduct business reviews and submit zonal sales reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain & operations for seamless execution
Eligibility :-
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8-12 years of proven experience in FMCG / Dairy / Ice Cream / Food & Beverages
- Strong leadership with ability to handle multi-state operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills
- Ability to travel extensively and manage a large team
- Salary - Negotiable (based on experience & skills)
