Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT hiring and be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- min 1 years to 4 years experience in IT recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Staffing is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- 6 Days Working
- 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
- Day Shift
