We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle Automobile related customer calls and generate leads for the company. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Explain company services/products to customers
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- ·Coordinate with the sales/marketing team
