Graphic Designer – AI & Print Production Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in print and packaging design. The ideal candidate should have a sharp creative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while combining traditional design expertise with modern AI-powered creative workflows.
You will be responsible for taking concepts from ideation to final print-ready production while maintaining high standards of quality and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute packaging layouts, dielines, and print collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Identify and resolve design, formatting, and production challenges.
- Use AI tools to accelerate creative workflows and develop new concepts.
- Create engaging social media, marketing, festival, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure designs meet print production and branding requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in print/packaging.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, and spatial awareness.
- Strong understanding of print production, color separation, and material limitations.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Software Expertise
- CorelDRAW – Mandatory, Expert
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory, Expert
- Adobe Illustrator – Highly Proficient
- Canva – Proficient
AI Tools – Big Plus
- Experience with Google Nano Banana image generation models.
- Experience creating promotional and festival creatives using generative AI.
- Familiarity with Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude for prompt engineering and creative workflows.
