Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily restaurant floor operations
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Take and verify food & beverage orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and politely
- Assign duties to stewards and monitor their performance
- Conduct daily staff briefings and training
- Ensure proper table setup and hygiene standards
- Check billing accuracy before presenting to guests
- Maintain SOPs and service sequence
