Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Loan Manager to oversee loan operations, manage customer relationships, and achieve business targets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of loan products, credit assessment, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Gold Loans.
- Manage and lead a team of loan officers/executives.
- Source new customers through field activities, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.
- Ensure timely disbursement of loans and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of loan products and lending processes.
- Excellent sales and business development skills.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Experience in loan sales and team management preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
