Position Summary
The Senior Executive Officer – Membership Sales will be responsible for expanding
the membership base of Knowledge Chamber of Commerce & Industry by
identifying, approaching, and converting new corporate members while ensuring high
member satisfaction and retention. The role requires a target-driven professional
with strong networking, communication, and business development skills. The
candidate will also promote KCCI's conferences, exhibitions, training programs, trade
delegations, policy initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities. This aligns with
common chamber membership sales roles, which emphasize new member
acquisition, relationship management, retention, and participation in chamber
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new membership leads from MSMEs, startups, corporates, exporters, manufacturers, service providers, and industry associations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business visits.
- Prepare customized membership proposals and presentations.
- Convert inquiries into paid memberships through effective follow-up.
Member Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing members.
- Ensure timely membership renewals and upgrades.
- Handle member queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collect feedback and recommend improvements in member benefits.
- Maintain regular communication with members regarding chamber activities.
Events & Networking
- Promote KCCI conferences, exhibitions, B2B meetings, trade missions, and seminars.
- Generate delegate participation and sponsorships.
- Represent KCCI at networking events and business forums.
- Coordinate member onboarding during chamber events.
Sales Administration
- Maintain CRM/database of prospects and members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track membership renewals, follow-ups, and collections.
- Maintain accurate documentation of meetings and sales activities.
Market Development
- Research industry sectors and identify new membership opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with associations and institutions.
- Promote KCCI initiatives through digital platforms and business networking.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
