HIRING: AI ENGINEER | BANGALORE
₹50 LPA BASE + ₹23 LPA ESOPs
We’re hiring AI Engineers with 2–5 years of experience for a funded startup building next-generation AI products.

MUST HAVE
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering or a closely related field
- Must be from a Top-Tier Indian institution, among the Top 10 IITs in India
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems
- Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Voice AI systems and/or Multimodal reasoning
- Ability to build and deploy production-grade AI systems
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

→ Production-grade AI applications
→ Complex technical problems with significant ownership
WHY THIS ROLE
This is not a traditional AI engineering role where you are several layers removed from the product and decision-making.
You’ll work directly with the founders, contribute to core AI and product decisions, and have the opportunity to build systems from the ground up.
You’ll get substantial technical ownership and the chance to work closely with a growing startup at an important stage of its journey.
