Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically sound Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Managed Services, along with expertise in client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project estimations.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare solutions and project scopes.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT services sales and business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Good understanding of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred:
- Experience selling DevOps, Cloud Migration, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or Managed Services.
- Existing network of IT decision-makers and business contacts.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
