We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Assist with employee and customer queries.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front office records.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
