Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
- Address customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
