Backed by premier investors like Peak XV Partners ($5M Series A) and Info Edge Ventures, we are a fast-growing, profitable EdTech company operating with high efficiency and capital discipline.
As we prepare for our next phase of 10x international growth, we are seeking a strategic, data-minded Business Finance Manager with 3–5 years of experience to partner directly with executive leadership, drive unit economics optimization, and build robust financial models.
As the Business Finance Manager, you will act as a key financial co-pilot to our business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product). You will look beyond traditional accounting to evaluate unit economics, optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), monitor international revenue streams, and drive commercial decision-making.
This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in high-velocity startup environments, loves working with complex datasets, and wants to directly influence business trajectory.
Strategic Financial Planning (FP&A): Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast models across international business units.
Business Unit Economics: Deep dive into CAC, retention rates, gross margins, and LTV metrics to advise sales and marketing leadership on budget allocations and margin expansion.
Commercial & Pricing Strategy: Partner with product and sales leaders to analyze pricing models, discount structures, and monetization strategies across various global regions.
Performance Dashboarding: Build automated financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track real-time revenue velocity, burn, and operational efficiency metrics.
Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare high-quality financial decks, variance analysis reports, and strategic presentations for senior leadership, board members, and investors.
Process Optimization: Streamline revenue recognition, cash-flow monitoring, and cost control processes to support seamless cross-border operations.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within a high-growth startup, Tech, SaaS, or EdTech company.
Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute, or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics.
Core Skills: Advanced financial modeling skills (3-statement models, scenario analyses) and high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Data Orientation: Strong analytical capability; hands-on experience using SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or platform analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) is a major plus.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate complex financial numbers into actionable commercial insights for non-finance business stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
High Ownership: Work directly alongside our founders (IIT Delhi Alums & Forbes 30 Under 30) and executive leaders.
Global Complexity: Gain hands-on exposure to multi-currency, multi-geography financial operations across 15+ countries.
Career Velocity: Fast-track your career trajectory in an environment where meritocracy and performance dictate growth.
Vibrant Culture: Join a transparent, human-first culture that balances high performance with team well-being.
