Job Description
Sree Saran Medical Centre (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Ward Incharge to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and clinical management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the nursing staff.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters.
- Monitor patient safety and infection control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Maintain ward records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Train and mentor nursing staff.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM.
- Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in hospital ward management is preferred.
