We're hiring a Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle — from the first call to enrollment. You'll be the face and voice of Product Space for every potential learner who comes our way. The role demands someone who can build genuine rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and guide prospects to decisions that are actually right for them. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process — from first outreach and discovery to pitch, follow-up, and closure
- Conduct structured consultative calls to understand each prospect's career stage, goals, and concerns before recommending a program
- Handle inbound leads promptly and manage outbound outreach across calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; track all interactions and deal stages in the CRM diligently
- Handle objections confidently — on pricing, timing, relevance, and anything in between
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
- Maintain post-sale touchpoints to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce drop-offs
- Relay consistent prospect feedback to the marketing and product teams to sharpen positioning and messaging
Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, edtech sales, or a consultative B2C sales role
- An exceptional communicator — articulate, empathetic, and persuasive without being pushy
- Comfortable running high-volume call days without losing the quality of each conversation
- Target-driven and self-accountable — you own your numbers and know how to course-correct
- Familiar with CRM tools (Leadsquared, HubSpot, or similar) and basic sales workflows
- Genuinely interested in career education, product management, or the startup ecosystem

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
