BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
1. Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up on inquiries received from various marketing sources.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students until admission closure.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM or designated systems.
- Track and manage daily lead pipelines effectively.
2. Student Counseling & Admission Support
- Provide detailed information regarding courses, programs, fee structures, and institutional facilities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Assist students in completing registration and documentation formalities.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team and Assistant Sales Manager for admission closures.
- Ensure achievement of assigned admission targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and prospects.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective support and guidance.
4. Sales & Conversion Management
- Promote the institution's courses, programs, and services.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Support branch sales and business development initiatives.
5. Appointment & Orientation Coordination
- Schedule counseling sessions and appointments for prospective students.
- Coordinate orientation meetings and admission-related events.
- Ensure students attend scheduled counseling and orientation programs.
- Follow up with absent prospects and reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Coordinate with Student Care and Academic teams for onboarding activities.
6. Fee Collection Follow-Up
- Follow up with students regarding pending fees and payment schedules.
- Remind students and parents about payment deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment updates.
- Maintain records of payment commitments and collection status.
- Support collection targets assigned by management.
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate student and lead databases.
- Update CRM systems regularly with interaction details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track inquiry, follow-up, and conversion performance.
- Submit reports to the Assistant Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
8. Student Retention & Relationship Building
- Maintain communication with enrolled students when required.
- Support student retention initiatives and engagement activities.
- Encourage referrals from existing students and parents.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance institutional reputation.
- Assist in improving overall student satisfaction levels.
9. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Marketing, Student Care, Accounts, and Academic departments.
- Communicate important updates, schedules, and announcements to students.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Support branch activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Ensure smooth information flow between students and the institution.
10. Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor personal performance and productivity metrics.
- Maintain required call volumes, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Participate in performance review meetings and training programs.
- Continuously improve counseling and sales skills.
11. Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Follow company policies, procedures, and admission guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional information.
- Ensure ethical counseling and admission practices.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and behavior.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
