We are seeking an experienced Executive Ticketing (Inbound) with strong expertise in domestic and international air ticketing for inbound travel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight reservations, fare calculations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and travel-related support while ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires excellent knowledge of airline policies, GDS systems, routing options, and fare structures, along with the ability to provide timely and accurate ticketing solutions for individual travel and groups.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance, reissuance, cancellation, and refund processing of domestic and international air and rail tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure smooth handling of day-to-day ticketing transactions, including fare quotations, reservations, amendments, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and other travel partners for ticketing-related requirements while maintaining compliance with applicable fare rules and policies.
- Reconcile ticketing payments and transactions with airlines and consolidators, ensuring accuracy.
- Support large-scale ticketing requirements for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) groups, ensuring efficient execution and service delivery.
- Handle rail ticket bookings, modifications, cancellations, and related customer support as and when required.
- Maintain accurate ticketing records and documentation while ensuring adherence to company processes and service standards.
Required Profile:
- Graduate from a recognized university or institution.
- Strong knowledge of GDS platforms and airline ticketing procedures, with a good understanding of travel industry operations.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in domestic and/or international ticketing will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and travel partners.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
