Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer (Graphics & Video) with strong expertise in both graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually appealing graphics, engaging video content, and social media creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This is a remote role requiring collaboration with the marketing team through screen sharing during working hours for real-time feedback and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
* Design layouts, illustrations, banners, presentations, and branding materials in line with company guidelines.
* Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, promotional content, and motion graphics.
* Handle both graphic design and video editing projects as required.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and campaign objectives.
* Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
* Manage, organize, and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
* Share screen with the marketing team during working hours for real-time collaboration, feedback, and approvals.
* Create and optimize creatives for various social media platforms.
* Assist with social media posting and content publishing activities.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in both graphic design and video editing.
* Strong proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
* Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Ability to create clean, modern, creative, and visually compelling designs.
* Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
* Experience creating content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with motion graphics and animation.
* Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific creative requirements.
* Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects.
