- Making outbound calls to customers.
- Handling inquiries and maintaining customer follow-ups.
- Maintaining call records and basic data entry.
- Sharing details about offers, promotions, and product benefits.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply!
