We’re Hiring: Finance Planning & Accounting Executive (FP&A)
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Company: Kottayil Infrastructure & Engineering Construction LLP (KIEC LLP)
We are looking for a proactive Finance Planning & Accounting Executive who can go beyond bookkeeping and actively drive financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning & budgeting for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Prepare project-wise cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections for multiple sites
- Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide actionable insights
- Support management in financial decision-making and strategy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance metrics
- Assist in fund planning, working capital management, and cost optimization
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
- 2–6 years experience in finance planning / accounting / project finance
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in construction/project-based accounting is a big advantage
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Tally / Zoho / ERP systems
- Strong analytical thinking and business understanding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
