We are looking for a motivated Web Developer with 1+ years of practical experience to join our development team. The candidate should have good understanding of web development fundamentals and must be capable of writing, debugging, and maintaining code independently.
This role is suitable for someone who is eager to learn, can work with responsibility, and understands real project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.
- Work on frontend, backend, or full-stack development depending on project requirements.
- Convert UI designs and business requirements into working applications.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Debug issues and fix bugs independently.
- Work with APIs, databases, forms, dashboards, reports, and user-based workflows.
- Collaborate with senior developers and project managers.
- Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and project timelines.
- Test developed features before submitting for review.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript.
- Basic knowledge of any frontend framework such as Angular, React or similar.
- Good backend working knowledge of using Node.js.
- Good Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Ability to work with REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of Git and version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and ask relevant questions.
Important Condition: AI Usage
We encourage the use of AI tools for productivity, learning, and faster development. However, the candidate must not be fully dependent on AI tools. Candidate should be able to work without AI Tools too.
The candidate should be able to:
- Write code manually without AI assistance.
- Understand the code they are writing or using.
- Debug errors independently.
- Explain their approach and logic clearly.
- Build basic features without relying on AI-generated code.
- Use AI as an assistant, not as a replacement for programming knowledge.
Candidates who only copy-paste AI-generated code without understanding it will not be suitable for this role.
Good to Have
- Experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of authentication, dashboards, reports, and admin panels.
- Basic understanding of deployment, hosting, or server setup.
- Interest in learning AI-assisted development responsibly.
