NVCA is a growing cricket academy committed to developing young talent and building a strong digital presence. We are looking for a creative and proactive Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team full-time and manage end-to-end content production.
Job Responsibilities
- Record cricket training sessions, matches, and academy activities on-site.
- Create engaging long-form videos and short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, and player highlights.
- Edit videos using professional techniques such as transitions, color correction, sound enhancement, and captions.
- Deliver 3–4 long-form videos per week, along with regular short-form content.
- Manage and upload content on Instagram and YouTube.
- Maintain consistency in branding, posting schedules, and content quality.
- Plan content calendars and contribute fresh content ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to sports content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video shooting and editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and audience engagement.
- Strong creativity, time management, and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in cricket is essential..

- Must be based in Surat.
- Available for full-time.
- Proactive, responsible, and passionate about sports content creation.
