Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and offers to interested clients.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or real estate.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email handling).
- Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
