Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to oversee hospital operations, drive business growth, improve patient satisfaction, and ensure smooth coordination among all clinical and non-clinical departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administration.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and Front Office.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Manage departmental performance, manpower planning, and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and support departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and departmental budgets.
- Drive patient acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
- Handle patient grievances and operational escalations effectively.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management) / MHA / Any relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital management experience.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, billing, patient services, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Hospital Management Software (HMS) and MS Office.
