Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Care Services
Location: Kottayam, Kerala
About the Role
Primacy In Home Care is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a background in Medical Representative sales, insurance sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales or non-medical product sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business leads, developing referral networks, increasing client acquisition and achieving revenue targets for home healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for home care services.
- Generate leads through hospitals, clinics, doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacies, insurance agents, and community organizations.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Conduct market surveys and identify potential referral sources.
Sales and Client Acquisition
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert enquiries into service registrations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare service proposals and quotations.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, discharge coordinators, social workers and healthcare providers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with operations for service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preference for candidates with a background in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or Marketing.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
- Medical Representative sales,
- Pharmaceutical sales,
- Insurance sales,
- Healthcare marketing,
- Medical equipment sales, or
- FMCG/Consumer product sales.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and patient care systems.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
