Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires identifying overarching customer needs and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. Additionally, the Business Architect develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are well-founded and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members in understanding business processes and solution frameworks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in defining business solutions and developing business cases.
- Ability to communicate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with retail industry practices and business architecture principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
