Roles & Responsibilities
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and interns.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any relevant graduation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
