Job Description :
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees throughout their work journey.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Ensure company policies are followed.
- Support employee engagement and training activities.
- Handle exit formalities and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
