Job Description
The Wake Makers is looking for a creative and passionate Wedding Photographer to capture weddings and pre-wedding events with a strong storytelling approach. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for composition, lighting, candid moments, and be comfortable working in fast-paced wedding environments.
Responsibilities
- Capture weddings, pre-wedding shoots, engagements, and other events.
- Take high-quality candid and traditional photographs.
- Coordinate with clients and the creative team during shoots.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of camera equipment.
- Back up and organize raw files after every shoot.
- Work closely with editors to ensure timely delivery.
- Travel for outstation shoots when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional wedding photography experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wedding photography.
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lenses.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, and camera settings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for shoots.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Experience with candid, cinematic, and luxury weddings.
