Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Package Executive to design, promote, and manage domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to provide end-to-end travel solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize domestic & international tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
- Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and package costing.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local vendors.
- Manage hotel bookings, flight reservations, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Guide customers regarding visas, travel insurance, and travel documentation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure smooth tour operations from booking to completion.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain booking records, customer database, and MIS reports.
- Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal offers, and popular destinations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with travel booking portals and CRM software is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- Certification in Travel & Tourism/IATA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Tour Packages, Travel Agency, Travel Sales, or Tour Operations.
