Job Title: Sales Manager – South Region

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – South Region is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing channel partners across the South Indian market for LED lighting products. The role involves field sales, dealer/distributor development, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Identify new market opportunities in the South region
- Promote LED lighting products (bulbs, tube lights, street lights, panels, etc.)
2. Channel Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Monitor secondary sales and market movement
- Support partners with product knowledge and sales strategies
3. Market Expansion:
- Conduct regular field visits across South India
- Explore new territories and increase market penetration
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
4. Customer Handling:
- Handle key accounts and institutional clients
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Provide technical product support where required
5. Sales Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track target vs achievement
- Update CRM / ERP systems
6. Coordination:
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Finance teams
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers
- Follow up on payments and collections
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech (ECE Preferred)
- Diploma in Electrical (Minimum Eligibility)
Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of LED lighting products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively
- Basic MS Excel & reporting skills
Experience:
- 3–6 years in Sales (Preferably Electrical / LED Industry)
- Experience in handling South India market is an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Two-wheeler / vehicle with valid driving license preferred
- Willingness for frequent travel
