Hiring: Inventory Manager
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take complete ownership of our physical inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all physical stock across locations.
- Ensure accurate daily inward and outward stock transactions.
- Maintain real-time inventory records and stock visibility.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Investigate and eliminate inventory discrepancies.
- Implement strong inventory control processes to achieve maximum stock accuracy.
- Monitor stock movements, transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.
- Generate inventory reports and support management with stock analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory/warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory controls, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain near-zero inventory mismatches through robust controls and processes.
