Position: HR Manager / HR Executive
Location: Haldwani Office, Uttarakhand (On-site)

About Us
Fintegic Investments is a growing financial services firm. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to own the people function at our Haldwani office and help us build a strong, compliant, and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer roll-out and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HRMS data
- Run monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for disbursement
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, gratuity, labour law filings and registers
- Draft and update HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters and internal circulars
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and exit formalities
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and training/development initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience is mandatory. Freshers and candidates with under 3 years will not be considered.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HRMS/payroll software
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Haldwani preferred
