Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the management of our
enterprise identity, access, and collaboration platforms in a hybrid environment. The
ideal candidate should bring a strong hands-on background in Microsoft Active
Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365, with a focus on maintaining
security, availability, and compliance across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer On-Prem Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, domain
health).
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID including hybrid identity sync, MFA, Conditional
Access, and SSO.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
Online, OneDrive.
• Implement identity security controls and support audits and compliance
initiatives.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, and collaboration issues.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Maintain documentation and support change and incident management
activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
administration
• Strong knowledge of Hybrid AD environments
• Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, GPOs, and SSO
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to enterprise or compliance-driven IT environments
Preferred
• Microsoft certifications (Azure / Entra ID / M365)
• Experience with identity security or Zero Trust concepts
