Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate candidate suitability for different technical roles.
Interest in learning about technical recruitment, talent acquisition processes, and hiring workflows.
Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Positive attitude, learning mindset, and eagerness to grow in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
