Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our customer base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing clients, conducting field visits, and achieving sales targets for our premium organic vegetable products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Develop relationships with retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, distributors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations to showcase the company's organic product portfolio.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
Client Relationship Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM or sales management systems regularly.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
