We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer support operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Manage day-to-day customer support operations
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality
- Prepare reports and manage support team performance
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or support operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team handling and coordination abilities
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
- Ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
