Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive packaging strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity.
- Lead and mentor the packaging team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative packaging solutions.
- Oversee the sourcing and management of packaging materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and effective packaging solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of packaging trends and consumer preferences.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of packaging operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging functionality and reduce costs while maintaining quality

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
