Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with students, parents, teachers, schools, and educational institutions. The role involves generating registrations, explaining platform benefits, following up with leads, and building long-term relationships with users.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students, parents, teachers, and schools.
- Explain platform features and benefits.
- Generate student registrations and user engagement.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Handle basic registration and login queries.
- Update CRM/Google Sheets and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or education counseling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred:
- Experience in EdTech, schools, coaching institutes, or student counseling.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and the CBSE education ecosystem.
